What this checks
- Validates IPv4 / IPv6 syntax.
- Classifies reserved and private ranges (RFC1918, loopback, link-local, CGNAT, ULA, multicast).
- Compares the address against threat-indicator records and flags known families.
Caveats: no match means no local record — it is not a clean bill of health. Use results as one signal, not a verdict.
